Soudal Purocol Express is a Fast Setting, Polyurethane Construction Adhesive with high bond strength and high water resistance. Soudal Purocol Express can be used for the heavy duty bonding of wooden materials. Soudal Purocol Express may also be used for the manufacturing of door and window frames that need to match class D4 according to EN204.
Soudal Purocol Express has a 5 minute open time and a 1 hour pressing / clamping time.

Application
Surface Preparation:
Surfaces should be clean, dry, free of dust and grease.
The adhesive cures under the influence of humidity. Slight moistening of substrates improves curing rate and gap filling characteristics as adhesive foams up to penetrate the bond cavity.
We recommend a preliminary adhesion test on every surface.
Application Method:

Application Method: Apply the adhesive by means of a manual or pneumatic caulking gun to one of the to be bonded materials. Join the parts together within 5 minutes and clamp for at least 1 hour. Pressing the materials, during curing, is necessary to reach the highest possible end strength.

Cleaning: Purocol Express can, before the adhesive is cured, be removed from tools and materials with . Cured adhesive has to be removed mechanically
