HOW TO APPLY: Open the strap and slide over the forearm so it is positioned just below the elbow with the air-gel pad centered on the tendon where compression is needed. Close the tension strap so it fits comfortably without restricting circulation. Adjust as needed.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring). Air dry away from heat. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
